Why should you come to our meeting?

We have over 650 members signed up to our meeting (November 2024) and we have at least 50-100 new members per week. We actively discourage sales people, MLM, pyramid schemes, we try to target real entrepreneurs and investors. We could have a bigger group, but many of the big players value their time. We have active investors and we look for people who want to pitch their own businesses. We will do a monthly pitch event later on.

We have around 40 people coming each week, with 50% of them being new faces. Luckily, we have the meeting in Bangkok with entrepreneurs flowing through each week.

We encourage people to come often, we have the events weekly every Tuesday 6pm- 10 pm. Most people are able to come once a week.  If you are looking to learn, start a business or look for investment, you need to come often and not drop by once looking for money.

The biggest problem I see is that some people don’t come often enough, they come once and don’t meet enough people. They come once and try to pitch to a few of us and we don’t see them again, if you are looking for money, you need to get to know the community.

Right now our event is every Tuesday 6 pm – 10 pm at Raddison Blu Hotel Floor 29, but if we get kicked out of that room, we will use the ground floor.

What is the format?

The event is free, and we do not make money from the venue’s takings. We just ask people to buy at least one drink because the venue is hosting our meeting, and we don’t pay to rent the room.

It’s just a social event,  we don’t ask anyone to stand up and talk. There is no hidden agendas, we are not trying to sell consulting stuff or pressure people.  The downside is that it’s hard to meet everyone, so we encourage people to come for the full 4 hours and come often.

What are the future plans?

We plan to partner/work with other big events around Thailand and possibly in nearby countries. We plan to piggyback off other events to attract more talent that is passing through.

We are planning to do a monthly pitch event to give people the chance to pitch to investors for money. Doing a paid seminar (to bring in big names) is definitely not off the cards.

Who should come?

We are looking for real entrepreneurs, people starting out, people with ideas who need help, people looking to invest, people looking for partners or looking to learn. We are 100% OK with people coming who are involved in adult industries or other grey area businesses.  (providing they are not scammers)

What makes our meeting special?

We are activity trying to target people coming through from big events,  like blockchain, affiliate marketers, SEO guys and any other meetings that come through. We have had these types of meetings for the last 5 years, but we lost our group during covid, and we restarted again properly early in 2024.

How can you help us?

If you are going to events or other socials and you see people that will add value to our group, please invite them.  Inviting good people helps the group have relevant people. We are also willing to change venue if some events want us to come to them after their event.

Can you sponsor the event?

We aren’t looking at ways of monitising the event, but if someone wants to sponsor the event and give a deal or opportunities to our members, we can have a conversation; one idea is that people can pay to be a host, and they will get more attention for that meeting. We can use that money to pay for some advertising or sponsorship of another event to attract more people.  All the hosts make enough money by their own businesses, we just want to meet people and build a community.

Who are the hosts?

Bryan Flowers, Julian and Patrick are the current hosts, but we are looking for someone to help with the graphics, marketing, maybe taking photos and making the event look more appealing.
