Someone asked me how I am so motivated all the time? I listen/watch motivational/inspirational videos on youtube for many years, they are great at getting me pumped and motivated.
I watch/listen to them less these days, but I call it daily motivational medicine.

We have to be careful that we are not cutting into many hours every day and using it as a tool for guilt-free procrastination.
Tony Robbins said, “If you want to make it big, you’ve got to push yourself beyond your limits. You’ve got to pump yourself up and get yourself into a hyper mental state. And you have to do this yourself. Nobody can do this for you.”
Changing your state with intent daily will set you apart from the rest. You will perform at the highest levels, and work powerfully towards your goals.
Athletes have routines to hype themselves up and get them in the right mindset before they perform. We can’t expect the best decisions, productivity if we are not highly motivated.
“People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing — that’s why we recommend it daily.” — Zig Ziglar
I wake up at 6 am and the first thing I do is exercise, it sets the tone of the day for me.
